Individual Insomnia Appointments
45-minute in-person or virtual appointments designed to help you learn about your sleep and improve insomnia without medications. Many people experience substantial benefit in 4-8 sessions. Some people may require more sessions while others may find that their sleep improves with fewer sessions.
Sleep Coaching Appointments
45-minute sessions to help you with any sleep problems you might be experiencing, including optimizing your sleep environment and bedroom, recovering from jet lag, coping with nightmares, or adjusting to CPAP treatment for sleep apnea.
Therapy Appointments
45-minute therapy sessions focused on mood, anxiety, stress or personal insight.
Sleep Talks and Group Classes
Please contact us if you are interested in talks or group classes focused on improving sleep health and wellness for your organization.
Rates & Policies
Rates
$250 per 45 minute appointment.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified Dr. Cardé at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Insurance
Dr. Cardé does not currently bill insurance companies directly and is classified as an out of network provider. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.
